The best RV Park in the Smoky Mountains – Deer Springs!
“The Woods”, at Deer Springs RV Park, is a huge site with level concrete parking pad. It is surrounded by natural forest and is at least 100′ away from your nearest RV neighbor! This site is designed for a Class A, Class B or Class C motor home and will not accommodate 5th wheels or travel trailers as the hookups are on the wrong side.
The “Coach Area” consists of a picnic table on concrete pad and surrounded by grass with a private Solo Bonfire smokeless firepit. Everything is thoughtfully situated, with easy access to/from your coach.
The “Observation Area” has a second picnic table next to a firepit with cooking grate. About 20′ away is your own private gazebo with ceiling fan, refrigerator and icemaker, food preparation area, and a sink with running water. The attached 10’x12′ deck is surrounded by railing and serves as a pet containment area, so well behaved doggies can spend some off-leash time with their owners while you all enjoy this wonderful site.
We furnish bar stools for breakfast in the gazebo, and lawn chairs for sitting around the campfire and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds you.
“The Woods” has its own walkway to The Pines Pavilion, where you can enjoy an evening fire in the fireplace while cooking dinner on the gravity feed, charcoal BBQ.
“The Woods” is a truly unique site, and will quickly become a favorite when visiting the Smoky Mountains.

Notice:
You will be visiting a rural area, and there are no commercial WiFi or Internet services available. As such, we use Starlink for our Internet access, and because Starlink had no data caps, we were able to absorb the costs of providing it at no cost to our visitors. But on December 1st, 2022, Starlink imposed data caps, which requires we monitor the parks data usage to insure we don’t exceed our Starlink data cap.
In an effort to continue providing free Internet, we have blocked streaming services like YouTube, Netflix, etc., as they are the main source of data consumption. You will still have access to your emails, Facebook, Pinterest, and all your other favorite social media sites.
If you feel you need streaming services during your visit, you can purchase Premium Internet for $5.00 a day, which will give you the ability to stream most services.
The quality of streaming is beyond our control as the Starlink service depends on availability of satellites in an area as well as the volume of traffic those satellites are handling at any give time.
You may purchase Premium Internet at checkout time.
We have set up The Squerly Pine with the main firepit farther away from your RV, for those who don’t want the fire source too close to their RV or the smoke to become bothersome.
