The “Little Buck” and “Small Doe” sites have all the standard amenities of our Premium sites, the only difference being a slightly smaller lot. Believe us when we say, there is nothing standard about these sites, as both have more space and amenities than RV sites found at the more expensive parks.

Site #9 - White Rock
“White Rock” at Deer Springs RV Park, is a very large site at least 100′ away from your nearest RV neighbor!
Lots of privacy at this site!
This is a pull through site large enough for any size RV.
Premium Sites
Site #4 - Park Place
Park Place is a wonderful place to stay while you enjoy the Smoky Mountains. This is a spacious back-in site that will accommodate any Class A, B, or C motor home, Travel Trailer or 5th wheel, up to 45′ long.
Take a walk through our Fairway Park, or just sit back and enjoy the quietness of the area. At the end of Fairway Park, you will find a pair of swings by a small fishpond where you can sit and take in the music of a subtle waterfall.
Spend a week (or two) at Park Place, where you can enjoy the cool mountain mornings and sit by the campfire in the evenings. After all, this is why you wanted to come to the Smoky Mountains, isn’t it?
Site #5 - The Squerly Pine
The Squerly Pine is a large back-in site situated at one end of Deer Springs RV Park and is perfectly capable of accommodating an RV up to 45′ in length. Your gazebo and picnic table are conveniently positioned on the same level as your RV. This site also comes equipped with a Solo Bonfire Firepit for your enjoyment.
Adjacent to the driver’s side of your RV, a walkway leads you up a slight incline to your leisure area nestled under the branches of a large White Pine tree. Here, you have the luxury of another picnic table to enjoy lunch or to have evening drinks beside your fire ring with a cooking grate.
Sunrise Sonata - Site #6
RV Camping Near Franklin NC? No better place than at Deer Springs RV Park! RV’s up to 40′ will fit comfortably in the Sunrise Sonata and there is room to park your car or golf cart on the side. Positioned thoughtfully, your RV shields the neighbor on your left, and your neighbor on the right is over 50′ away.
Early morning sun warms your site as you have breakfast and prepare to venture out for a day of fun and adventure. “The Sunrise Sonata” is listed as one of our premium sites. A private gazebo with sink and running water, refrigerator with ice maker, picnic table and fire ring are all included. Premium Plus Sites
Site #1 - The Oak
Site #1 is designed for a Class A, Class B or Class C motor home and will not accommodate 5th wheels or travel trailers as the hookups are on the wrong side.
One of the nicest sites in the park! “The Oak” is a prime pull-in site adjacent to a majestic, century-old oak tree. You’ll park your coach on a spacious concrete pad, tailor-made for a 45-foot motor home. Conveniently, the pad’s generous size allows you to set up chairs under your awning, perfect for watching the game on your coach’s outdoor TV while basking in the warmth of your private Solo Bonfire smokeless firepit. A short stroll down the cement walkway leads to your picnic table and, just beyond that, to your exclusive gazebo furnished with a patio table and chairs.
Venture past your personal gazebo to discover a lush grassy area, spanning roughly 50 feet in width and 80 feet in depth. Here, a firepit awaits, inviting you to enjoy a tranquil evening by the fire.
Site #7 - Shade Haven
One of the most popular sites at Deer Springs! Shade Haven is a pull through RV Campsite best suited for Class A, Class B, or Class C rigs up to 40′ long, or a 5th wheel / Travel Trailer up to 36′. NOTE: If you are pulling a toad, it must be disconnected prior to entering or exiting this site! There is an incline going in and a decline going out, which may make it difficult for a 5th Wheel or Travel Trailer over 36′.
Shade Haven has a commanding view of the park and wonderful long range views of the surrounding area. Your gazebo is positioned underneath a Black Walnut tree whose Summer branches cover the accompanying deck and provide shade throughout the day. The attached 12’x14′ deck is surrounded by railing, so well behaved doggies can spend some off-leash time with their owners while you all enjoy this wonderful site.
Step off the back of your deck and to the left is a walkway to the Pines Pavilion. Follow it further and your on the hiking trail that goes up the back of our mountain.
Note: If you have ambulatory restraints, this may not be the best site for you as there are 6 steps that take you up to the gazebo/deck area.
Site #8 - The Woods
NOTICE: Site #8, “The Woods” is not designed for travel trailers or 5th wheels, as the hookups are on the opposite side. For this reason, “The Woods” is listed as a Motorhome Only site. That said, travel trailers and 5th wheels 35′ and under, can still use the site. Once parked on the pad and disconnected, simply pull your truck forward a few feet, then back it around your RV. The best RV Park in the Smoky Mountains – Deer Springs!
“The Woods”, at Deer Springs RV Park, is a huge site with level concrete parking pad. It is surrounded by natural forest and is at least 100′ away from your nearest RV neighbor!
The “Coach Area” consists of a picnic table on concrete pad with a private Solo Bonfire smokeless firepit. Everything is thoughtfully situated, with easy access to/from your coach.
The “Observation Area” has a second picnic table next to a firepit with cooking grate. About 20′ away is your own private gazebo with ceiling fan, refrigerator and icemaker, food preparation area, and a sink with running water. The attached 10’x12′ deck is surrounded by railing and serves as a pet containment area, so well behaved doggies can spend some off-leash time with their owners while you all enjoy this wonderful site. We furnish bar stools for breakfast in the gazebo, and lawn chairs for sitting around the campfire and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds you.
“The Woods” has its own walkway to The Pines Pavilion, where you can enjoy an evening fire in the fireplace and enjoy the sounds as evening closes in. “The Woods” is a truly unique site, and will quickly become a favorite when visiting the Smoky Mountains.
The Wilderness Loop
