For those big rigs built on a Freightliner chassis, we’re just a couple of hours from Gaffney, making Deer Springs an ideal stopover whether you’re headed there or coming back. Minimum Stay Policy
We normally require a 3-night stay. However, if there’s a shorter opening between other reservations (for example, only 1 or 2 nights open between guests), those nights can be booked. - Deer Springs RV Park is an Adults Only park. All guests must be 18 years or older. Don’t get us wrong, we love kids too, but sometimes the adults need their own “time out.”
- Check in begins at 1:00 p.m., and check out is 11:00 a.m. If you plan to arrive early, please get prior approval.
- Out of respect for everyone, check ins are not allowed after dark. It gets extremely dark here, making it easy to damage your rig, or someone else’s. If your arrival time will be after sunset, you’ll need to make other arrangements.
- You must have a self contained RV as we do not have a bathhouse.
- We are a gated community and the gate is only open when we are expecting deliveries or registered guests.
- We don’t participate in Good Sam, AAA, or similar programs. Our park is just too small to be part of those organizations, so instead, we keep our prices fair for everyone, so all our guests get the same great value without needing a membership discount.
- Firewood is available at the park.

All cancellation requests must be made via email — no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. Here’s how cancellations work at Deer Springs RV Park:
31+ Days Before Arrival
You may reschedule your stay one time at no charge, subject to availability.
Or, if you prefer, you may cancel and receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Less Than 31 Days Before Arrival
Reservations become non-refundable.
- Because changing reservation dates within the 30-day cancellation window has the same impact on our business as a cancellation, we are unable to make changes to your reservation date once you are inside the 31 day arrival timeframe.
The Following Reservations Are Non-Refundable
Special offers or discounted rates.
Reservations made five months or more in advance. Booking far in advance guarantees your preferred site and prevents that site from being reserved by other guests during that time. Because of that commitment, these reservations become non-refundable if canceled.
Late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellations resulting from circumstances outside our control, including weather, RV breakdowns, illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, or similar events.
Additional Terms
Holiday, special-event, and peak-season reservations may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions disclosed at the time of booking.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.
Because we reserve a specific site exclusively for your use and turn away other guests requesting those same dates, we cannot assume financial responsibility for circumstances that prevent a guest from traveling.
Illnesses occur, vehicles break down, family emergencies arise, weather conditions change, and plans sometimes change unexpectedly. While we genuinely sympathize when these situations occur, they are circumstances beyond the campground’s control.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all guests while recognizing that a reserved site is inventory that cannot be offered to others once it has been held for a specific reservation.
