Minimum Stay Policy
We normally require a 3-night stay. However, if there’s a shorter opening between other reservations (for example, only 1 or 2 nights open between guests), those nights can be booked. - Deer Springs RV Park is an Adults Only park. All guests must be 18 years or older. Don’t get us wrong, we love kids too, but sometimes the adults need their own “time out.”
- Check in begins at 1:00 p.m., and check out is 11:00 a.m. If you plan to arrive early, please get prior approval.
- Out of respect for everyone, check ins are not allowed after dark. It gets extremely dark here, making it easy to damage your rig, or someone else’s. If your arrival time will be after sunset, you’ll need to make other arrangements.
- You must have a self contained RV as we do not have a bathhouse.
- We are a gated community and the gate is only open when we are expecting deliveries or registered guests.
- We don’t participate in Good Sam, AAA, or similar programs. Our park is just too small to be part of those organizations, so instead, we keep our prices fair for everyone, so all our guests get the same great value without needing a membership discount.
- Firewood is available at the park.
Deer Springs RV Park Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made via email — no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. Here’s how cancellations work at Deer Springs RV Park:
31+ Days Before Arrival
You may reschedule your stay one time at no charge, subject to availability.
Or, if you prefer, you may cancel and receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Less Than 31 Days Before Arrival
Reservations become non-refundable unless the site is re-rented.
If you cancel, we’ll place your site back on the market immediately.
If the site is re-rented, you will receive a refund equal to the amount recovered from the replacement reservation, minus a $50 administrative fee.
💡 Pro Tip: The sooner you let us know, the better the chance we’ll be able to re-rent your site and provide a refund.
If you need to adjust your reservation by a day or two and the requested dates are available, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. Date changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
The Following Reservations Are Refundable Only If Re-Rented
(Any refund will be reduced by the $50 administrative fee.)
Special offers or discounted rates.
Reservations made five months or more in advance. Booking far in advance guarantees your preferred site and prevents that site from being reserved by other guests during that time. Because of that commitment, these reservations become non-refundable if canceled. However, we will make every reasonable effort to re-rent the site and will refund any amount recovered from the replacement reservation, less the $50 administrative fee.
Late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellations resulting from circumstances outside our control, including weather, RV breakdowns, illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, or similar events.
Additional Terms
Holiday, special-event, and peak-season reservations may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions disclosed at the time of booking.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.
If a site cannot be re-rented, no refund will be issued.
A Note From Management
Because we reserve a specific site exclusively for your use and turn away other guests requesting those same dates, we cannot assume financial responsibility for circumstances that prevent a guest from traveling.
Illnesses occur, vehicles break down, family emergencies arise, weather conditions change, and plans sometimes change unexpectedly. While we genuinely sympathize when these situations occur, they are circumstances beyond the campground’s control.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all guests while recognizing that a reserved site is inventory that cannot be offered to others once it has been held for a specific reservation.
Our commitment to fairness
Many campgrounds make reservations non-refundable once a cancellation deadline has passed, regardless of whether the site is later rented to another guest.
At Deer Springs RV Park, if we are able to re-rent your site, we will refund the amount recovered from the replacement reservation, less the $50 administrative fee. While we cannot guarantee a site will be re-rented, we believe this approach is fair to both our guests and our business.
