We are a Pet Friendly RV Park in Franklin, NC, but some sites do have pet restrictions. If you’re planning on bringing your furry friends, please read about our pet restrictions / policies.
Deer Springs is a privately owned and gated RV park, offering unique sites starting at $45 a night. Unless we are expecting deliveries, the gate is closed most times. If you plan to drop by and check out the park, PLEASE let us know in advance, so that we can have the gate open for you. Park hours can be found here.
Moreover, we focus on providing large RV Sites in a comfortable and unique setting. Our park has been designed for ‘self-contained RV’s,’ and as such, there is no separate bathhouse on site. Quiet settings and lots of Nature are the extreme amenities at our park. Therefore, visitors can enjoy the serene surroundings and explore the nearby Appalachian Trail.
Deer Springs offers a tranquil, nature-centric experience for RV enthusiasts everywhere, an authentic getaway that stands apart from the parade of inflated ‘resorts’ out there.

Like to Hike?
Deer Springs RV Parks in Franklin NC. is uniquely situated between two Appalachian Trail entrance points, giving you access to a moderate 3.5 mile hike, or longer, if you prefer. Leave your vehicle at one end and we’ll drop you off at the other end. When you end your hike your vehicle will be waiting where you dropped it off.
