We are a gated park, limited to 13 unique sites, 2 of which are pull thrus. Summer Rates are listed below. Fall Rates slightly higher. Deer Springs RV Park opens May 1st and closes October 31st.
Minimum Stay Policy
We normally require a 3-night stay.
However, if there’s a shorter opening between other reservations (for example, only 1 or 2 nights open between guests), those nights can be booked. If you need help finding a shorter stay, please call us at (828) 349-5440.

Stuff you need to know!
- Deer Springs RV Park is an Adults Only park. All guests must be 18 years or older. Don’t get us wrong, we love kids too, but sometimes the adults need their own “time out.”
- Check in begins at 1:00 p.m., and check out is 11:00 a.m. If you plan to arrive early, please get prior approval.
- Out of respect for everyone, check ins are not allowed after dark. It gets extremely dark here, making it easy to damage your rig, or someone else’s. If your arrival time will be after sunset, you’ll need to make other arrangements.
- You must have a self contained RV as we do not have a bathhouse.
- We are a gated community and the gate is only open when we are expecting deliveries or registered guests.
- We don’t participate in Good Sam, AAA, or similar programs. Our park is just too small to be part of those organizations, so instead, we keep our prices fair for everyone, so all our guests get the same great value without needing a membership discount.
- Firewood is available at the park.

Deer Springs RV Park Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. Here’s how cancellations work at our park:
31+ Days Before Arrival
- You’re welcome to reschedule your stay one time at no charge.
- Or, if you prefer, we can issue a refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Less Than 31 Days Before Arrival
- We’ll place your site back on the market right away.
- If it rebooks, you’ll receive a refund (minus the $50 processing fee).
💡 Pro tip: the sooner you let us know, the easier it is for us to rebook your site.
Some reservations are only refundable if re-rented (minus the $50 fee):
Special offers or discounted rates
Reservations made five months or more in advance. While booking early guarantees your site, it also makes the site unavailable for others to book. It isn’t reasonable to lock in a favorite site for your own use and then request a refund later if your plans change. We will however, make a best effort attempt to rent your site, and refund to you whatever is collected, minus a $50 admin fee.
Late arrivals or early departures.
Situations outside of our control (weather, RV issues, scheduling conflicts, etc.)
