Pet Policy Reminder
Welcome to Deer Springs Fido!
While we do not have breed restrictions, some sites have specific pet restrictions. Please verify that the site you choose allows the number of pets you plan to bring. Pet maximums are listed in the information or amenities section for each site.
We strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Unfortunately, many issues arise when dogs are not properly controlled. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
Use Designated Areas for Pet Relief: Please do not use the grass around your campsite for your dogs bathroom. Dog urine will quickly damage the lawn. (See picture below.) Throughout the park, you’ll find acres & acres of “Fido-approved” exercise areas perfect for your dogs to relieve themselves. Please utilize these designated areas and keep the small 10′ x 10′ square at your site reserved for human enjoyment.
Dog Behavior and Safety: Dogs must be safe and not pose a danger or nuisance to guests or other dogs. If these conditions cannot be met, we regret that your dog may not be allowed in the park.
Leash Policy: Except for when permitted areas, Dogs must remain on a leash at all times while inside the park, and whoever is walking them must be able to control them.
Dog Fencing: Dog fencing is permitted, but it must not be installed on or across the lawn.
