It’s important to mention that the park caters to a more mature audience, therefore, all visitors must be 18 years of age or older.
Length of Stay
- No site may be reserved for longer than 60 days consecutively. If you plan to stay longer than 60 days, you must make arrangements by calling (828) 349-5440.
Unless otherwise approved, all sites are limited to 2 dogs. The only exceptions are sites 1, 7 and 8, which have pet containment areas, and you may have 3 dogs at these sites.

- Equipment can and will fail, and there are no refunds given if components fail while you are visiting.
- Water to the gazebos is turned off during the colder months or when there is chance of freezing.

Check in / Check out
- Check-out is before 11:00am / Check-in is after 1:00pm – This is strictly enforced!
- Some of today’s rigs are HUGE and there is only one way in and one way out of the park, therefore we need all departing guests to be out the main gate by 11:00 am so as not to conflict with incoming traffic.
- If you have a toad to connect, please start the process early so that you will be ready to roll before check-out time.
- Late Departures may be charged an additional night.
- If you’re camping in or near Franklin NC, you probably know we are quite rural, and as a result, it gets very dark at night! Therefore, with the exception of sites 1 & 8, which are pull-in sites, and site 7, which is a pull through site, guests MUST arrive before dark or you will not be allowed in your site until morning. This is for the safety of everyone as there’s just too much opportunity for damage.
Pet Policies:
- Some sites have pet restrictions! Please confirm that the site you pick allows the number of pets you wish to bring. Pet maximums are listed in the information section or the amenities section of each site.
Please ask the doggies to use the dog park to do their business and don’t allow your pets to urinate on the lawns at your site. It kills the grass and makes the site unsightly for other guests. We understand, sometimes a dog’s gotta go, but if possible, please direct them to a location other than the lawn at your site.
All breeds are accepted as long as they are up to date on their shots and not aggressive to other people or other pets in the park.
- Portable Fencing is welcome, but please do not put it on, or across, the grass at your site.

Campfires:
- If you like, you can purchase firewood by clicking on the QRT Code on your reservation confirmation.
- Fires are allowed in the provided fire-rings ONLY.
- Fires and firepits are for s’mores and ghost stories! Please do not burn trash in the firepits!
Drones:
Drones are allowed as long as they don’t bother the other guests. If someone complains, whether warranted or not, you must cease flying the drone.
Above all, please fly within legal limits and know that if you crash your drone in the woods, it will probably never be found.
Other Rules
- NOTHING is allowed on the grass except lawn chairs!
- Quiet hours are from 10:00pm – 7:00am, and are enforced by our staff. Please be courteous to the other guests staying throughout the site.
- Please respect the privacy of the other guests. Particularly, do not walk through occupied campsites!
- Please drive slowly through the park.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- Portable hot tubs are prohibited.
- Please do not damage the flowers and/or landscaping.
- If you’re camping in Franklin NC, you probably know NOT TO LEAVE FOOD, COOLERS OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT. IT ATTRACTS THE WILDLIFE!
- You are responsible for, and promise to pay for, any damage to the Deer Springs RV Park property, or any property of the guests that you, your guests or your pets, may cause damage to.
