Welcome to Deer Springs, the Best Full Hookups RV Park in Franklin NC and the Smoky Mountains. We offer unique RV Sites starting at $45 a night.
Deer Springs is a privately owned and gated RV park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. Unless we are expecting deliveries, the gate is closed most times. If you plan to drop by and check out the park, PLEASE let us know in advance, so that we can have the gate open for you. Park hours can be found here.
Moreover, we are a pet-friendly RV park with a focus on providing large RV Sites in a comfortable and unique setting. Our park has been designed for ‘self-contained RV’s,’ and as such, there is no separate bathhouse on site.
It is important to note that all visitors to Deer Springs RV Park must be 18 or older.
Quiet settings and lots of Nature are the extreme amenities at our park. Therefore, visitors can enjoy the serene surroundings and explore the nearby Appalachian Trail.

Like to Hike?
Deer Springs RV Park in Franklin NC is uniquely situated between two Appalachian Trail entrance points, giving you access to a moderate 3.5 mile hike, or longer, if you prefer.
Leave your vehicle at one end and we’ll drop you off at the other end. When you end your hike your vehicle will be waiting where you dropped it off.
